Don't touch them!

Was told by Sky to use Topline to get a second feed installed in my flat and charged �£180 up front for the work. After several abortive attempts, we were told that, because I have a communal dish etc, this can't be done - that was in August 2010. It is now January 2011 and, despite having phoned Topline and emailed at least once a week since then, I still can't get a refund. Staff come and go, lie about their job titles, don't know the phone numbers nor locations of any managers, hang up on you, fob you off on other departments (despite being unable to tell you what the department does)... The elusive Bethan and Brian (the owners) don't reply to emails and are never in the office... These people are charlatans and it beggars belief that Sky are still recommending them!
