    Richards or as it now is The Seahorse is a good bistro style restaurant. The menu is modern European with a leaning towards France. Locally sourced ingrdients are used whenever posible.Seafood is very fresh, I know because the fishermen walked past me with a catch as I was waiting to be served!It's not cheap, but you do get what you pay for. It's a family restaurant and service is of a good standard as they rely on repeat business.
