Scammer
A suited gentleman was caught prowling round the back of our house. When caught he said he was a window cleaner offering his services. Told him to clear off and would be reported to the Police.

demanding payement
we have Web cams installed in my elderly parents house, and they have always got the back gate locked! so when we get a notice to pay £18 and £18 to pay from the previous month, then this is a scam to get money from old and vulnerable people, the windows haven't been washed since the summer, and no one has asked this company to do it. all I can think is that this note has been put through the wrong door.
