my wife and myself went to gill, about stopping smoking, rita stopped straight away, but I failed , my own fault , I went back 2 years later I felt I was now ready, I was smoking 40to 50 a day.rita never smoked from that day to now , it has been 6or 7 years since she finished and me I have not looked at I cigarette for 5 years, I cannot remember being a smoker, it is incredible. well done gill.
