No idea of customer service
Staff are rude, defensive and sarcastic. When returning my property at the end of the platinum contract it was filthy but they wouldn't come to the house with me to view it together. Then they had photographs from the 1st tenant and said those were the photos they had taken of my house when I handed it to them. They had changed the dates on them. They said if I wasn't happy I should take them to court! So avoid at all costs as they are an expensive mistake

Do not rent your property with these cowboys
Platinum service is a con, do not look after your property or the landlord. Do repairs using friends, charge you by taking money out of your rent. Do not inspect property on a regular basis. Staff are rude and aggressive, keep quoting "the tenants have rights", Landlords according to them have no rights. Trapped once you sign for platinum, no escape for a year. Not worth the hassle - avoid at all costs.
